Navigating the first year as a graduate

Stepping into Deloitte US-India Offices on my first day, I felt a mix of excitement and nerves. The transition from campus to a professional organization was a leap into the unknown, but it became a journey of growth, learning, and connection.

What surprised me the most?

My first impression was the welcoming and collaborative environment. I quickly realized that everyone, from new hires to experienced professionals, were eager to help. The biggest surprise was how much learning happens on the job—adapting to new systems, balancing multiple tasks, and understanding organizational processes required a willingness to ask questions and embrace feedback.

How Did I Overcome Early Challenges?
