Monika began her career at Deloitte USI focusing on research across various locations.. “Adapting to changes and consistently help delivering quality alternatives has been my secret to navigating the ever-evolving landscape of professional services,” she shares.  

Building a high performing team has been one of the rewarding parts of her journey. A team that consistently help delivers excellence wasn’t easy, but Monika credits the guidance of her peers. “They’ve been my best critics, and sponsors, taking my name in rooms where I’m not present,” she shares. When it comes to leadership, Monika believes in tackling challenges head-on and clearing the path for others. “When I see a boulder on the road, I come down and clear it—not just for myself, but for those who will come after me,” she explains.
