Empowered Well-being

Well-being subsidy

The well-being subsidy provides 100% reimbursement of INR 25,000 annually towards one or a combination of qualifying well-being items that allow the flexibility to choose services and products that support an individual’s unique well-being.

Provides access to self-help resources and helps you learn ways to enrich your personal well-being, improve life-work integration, and create a culture of wellness at work.

Empowered Well-being resources and sessions

Access to various learning materials and multiple sessions with specialists that are designed based on the well-being needs of our people to help them thrive financially, mentally, and physically.

Paid Time Off (PTO), Leaves and Holidays

39-day PTO per year segregated into Privilege, Sick, and Casual and Additional Medical leaves help you take charge of your leaves in a way that best suits your needs. Guidelines on PTO segregation, carry forward, accumulation, encashment, etc., vary by location based on the local state requirements. This is in addition to the mandatory Central, State and Local holidays offered.

Leave of Absence (LoA) program

Encompasses different types of paid leaves, including Maternity, Paternity Adoption, Surrogacy Surrogate, and Commissioning leave available to USI employees with time away from work to bond with the family. The LoA program also includes Bereavement leave and unpaid leave to manage personal exigencies, including personal iIllness, family support including elder care, extended childcare after birth or adoption, examination preparation for organization-supported certifications/degrees, full-time higher education programs, etc., in addition to the Paid Time-off (PTO).

  • Maternity leave: 26 weeks of paid leaves
  • Paternity leave and adoption leave: 4 weeks of paid leaves
  • Bereavement leave: 3 days of paid leaves

Flexible and Virtual Work Arrangements

A short-term solution that may be offered to employees to balance their personal and professional commitments by way of alternative work hours and virtually.

Workload Reduction Program

Employees can request up to 40% of workload reduction to deal with changes in personal circumstances, including childcare, elder care, or similarly compelling situations. Workload expectations vary by function and, in some cases, by career level, and any such request is discretionary

Additional programs

All full-time professionals are eligible for a PDA/mobile device, with approved plans provided by the organization.

We provide all eligible professionals reimbursement against monthly internet charges up to INR 1500.

Fitness gyms are available at specified locations.

We provide relocation assistance to professionals who move within the country or state as well as to another country at the request of Deloitte. Relocation assistance reimburses professionals for actual costs incurred while moving to the new Deloitte work location.
