Paul Ssali is the Country Managing Partner for Deloitte Uganda. Paul is a Audit and Financial Management professional with over seventeen (17) years of experience as a Leader and audit Specialist. He has led major audit assignments with National governments, International aid development partners, Non-governmental organizations, and civil society and Private sector organizations. He has also planned and led audits of Programmes funded by International development partners including EU, Global Fund, USAID, DANIDA, DFID, SIDA, Italian Cooperation and UNHCR.
Paul has held different Leadership and Management positions within Deloitte East Africa, having started my career as a junior auditor with Deloitte in 2004 before specializing and focusing on public sector and development funding. He has led and managed teams of auditors through challenging engagements focusing on quality and delivery in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC and South Sudan.
