Julius (J.N.) Hill is the Managing Partner for the International Affairs and Development (IAD) sector in Europe, Middle East and Africa and the Global Consulting Partner to the United Nations. Deloitte IAD sector supports ministries of foreign affairs, international development agencies, non-profits, and philanthropic organisations in key areas such as digital transformation, climate change & sustainability, and health & humanitarian affairs. His team’s expertise spans across strategy planning and theory of change, operational efficiency, culture and change, digital transformation and technology optimization, as well as safety and security.

Julius has contributed to Deloitte's research and publications in social economy and social entrepreneurship. He bridges the aid and development sector with the private sector, mobilising expert teams to deliver impactful solutions for clients globally.
