Heather Stockton leads Deloitte’s Global Consulting Services, overseeing the Technology & Transformation business, which includes Technology, Engineering, AI, Cyber, Customer and Human Capital. She is an advocate for inclusion and collaboration, creating high-performance teams who help organizations transform and thrive amidst complex challenges in business and society.

Heather is a banking partner who works with senior executives embarking on leadership transition and business transformation. As a Canadian partner, she has had the privilege of serving some of the largest financial services organizations, supporting senior executives embarking on large technology-enabled transformations and leadership transitions. 

As mother of two, sister, daughter, and senior executive, Heather is passionate about inclusion and mentoring. She also supports non-profit organizations focused on children and women. 

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario.
