Dr. Florian Klein is an advisor, corporate strategist, and futures thinker with extensive experience in providing strategic counsel to senior decision makers at leading multi-national corporations, governments, and NGOs. He is expert in facilitating the creation of robust strategies today, in light of an uncertain tomorrow.
He is author of several books on mega trends and on designing strategic decision systems. His most recent publication is Real-time Strategy (Emerald, 2020).
Florian founded the Center for the Long View, the Gnosis team, and the Futures Institute, which are Deloitte’s centers of excellence for scenario-based strategy development, AI-enabled decision making, and trend research respectively. He is Global Offering Lead for Data & Strategic Intelligence, and Strategic Foresight Lead for Deloitte Germany.
