Festo is an experienced tax advisor with over 11 years of tax compliance and consulting experience in a variety of industries and sectors including financial services industry, manufacturing sector, agriculture sector, energy & resources and the telecommunication industry. His experience includes tax compliance and general tax advisory (both direct and indirect taxes), transaction advisory, restructuring projects, M&A transactions, oil and gas (PSA and transactions) advisory and aviation sector.
He holds a bachelor of commerce (accounting) degree from the university of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) and registered with the National Board of Auditors and Accountants (NBAA) of Tanzania. He has also attended key trainings including in transfer pricing, project management and problem solving techniques.
