Graduated from the Graduate Institute of Accounting at National Taiwan University,  Vincent Cheng joined Deloitte & Touche in 1998 and successfully made Partner in June 2012.  As the incumbent Audit & Assurance Business Leader, he specializes in audit services, providing financial audits, IFRS adoption and implementation consultation to multiple financial institutions, as well as listed and OTC companies and foreign companies going public in the Taiwan Stock Market services. The industries he served include finance (banking, insurance and securities), electronics manufacturing, leasing, construction, information services, and aviation.
