Stephen joined T N Soong & Co. in 1999 and steadily rose through the ranks until he was promoted to Audit Partner at Deloitte Taiwan in 2013. With extensive experience serving industries in southern Taiwan, particularly the steel and electronics sectors, Stephen has been engaged in advising domestic technology companies and other enterprises on IPO listings. Additionally, he assisted China Steel Corporation in successfully issuing Global Depositary Receipts（GDRs）.
