Spencer has over 25 years of extensive experiences in providing high quality auditing services, IPO consulting, and assisting companies go to public in Taiwan market. He offers value added services, such as advices to clients in areas of tax and other regulatory matters. Besides local Taiwan companies, his clientele includes Japanese corporations in Taiwan, Taiwanese companies in China. He specialized in manufacturing, consumer, and high technology sectors.

Spencer leads Taiwan Growth since 2018. Under his leadership, the industry and client program has shown great increase in sales and business. He is also the firm spokesperson and oversees firm internal and external communication.

As Chief Sustainability Officer, Spencer is dedicated and is committed to achieve 2040 Net Zero goal. He oversees firm ESG projects and various activities. He adept at integrating sustainability into core business strategies to drive long-term value creation and enhance brand reputation. Under his leadership, Deloitte Taiwan received Green certificate from TANZE (Taiwan Alliance for Net Zero Emissions).
