Mr. Shih is currently the partner of Deloitte & Touche in Taiwan. Oscar joined Deloitte in 1995 as an audit function practitioner and was promoted to be an audit partner in 2006.

Additional to the auditing service, Mr. Shih performs consulting service to the client to be listed in Taiwan Stock Market, specialized in the industries of ESG, TMT, CBT and MFG.
