Nash is currently a Partner in SR&T in Taiwan. Prior to joining SR&T, Nash spent four years with Deloitte’s audit practice, where he specialized in reviewing internal controls, auditing financial statements, filing income tax returns, and providing IPO guidance.
Nash has over 16 years of experience in providing due diligence and M&A advisory services. In addition to financial due diligence, post-transaction fund flow planning, and tracking monthly operational performance, he has also provided accounting advisory services, such as data room setup and management, Q&A coordination, and carve-out separation support.
Furthermore, Nash has acted as a financial advisor to both sell-side and buy-side clients in cross-border acquisitions, offering various recommendations on price adjustment mechanisms and the negotiation of transaction prices and terms. He has experience across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, financial institutions, technology, and biotechnology.
