Mr. Matt Lee is a Partner and CPA at Deloitte Taiwan, currently leading the IPO Services Committee. Since joining the firm in 2000, he has advised clients across the financial, aviation, and electronics sectors.

From 2018 to 2021, he was seconded to Deloitte China in Shanghai as Head of the Taiwan Business Services Group, supporting Taiwanese companies in cross-border IPOs and capital market strategies in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

He specializes in audit, M&A, internal controls, IFRS implementation, and IPO advisory, with deep expertise in cross-border and regulatory matters.
