Joan Yu joined Deloitte Taiwan since October 2016.  She specializes in corporate investments, M&A, company and securities, and labor law. She has assisted reputable domestic and foreign companies in accomplishing onshore and offshore investments,  joint venture, merger and acquisition, privatization and restructuring. . She has also assisted companies to enhance labor law compliance, and to implement ESG / human right due diligence.
