Ingrid Chen joined Deloitte Taiwan since June 2015.  She specializes in corporate investments, M&A, capital market, financial compliance, fair trade, labor, start-up, and family law. She has assisted reputable domestic and foreign companies in accomplishing onshore and offshore investments, joint venture and cross-border transactions consisting of a variety of industries ranging from traditional to high-tech and finance. She also actively participates in capital market area, representing multiple issuers list their shares on TWSE/TPEx and issue TDRs, privatize, and restructure.  Recently, Ingrid focuses on assisting companies to enhance corporate governance, utilize legaltech and implement ESG / human right due diligence.

Ingrid Chen has been recognized by Legal 500 as Next Generation Partner since 2019, and recognized by Chambers and Partners as Ranked Lawyer since 2024, in the field of Corporate and M&A for Greater China Region.
