Henry Tsai

Attorney Henry Tsai had served as the Division-Chief Judge of the Labor Court, Neihu Summary Court, and Civil Court Division No. 5 at the Shilin District Court in Taiwan, with over 20 years of experience in the judiciary. Before serving as Division-Chief Judge, he also served as a judge at the Intellectual Property and Commercial Court, as well as at the Shilin and Miaoli District Courts in Taiwan, where he presided over high-profile cases, including disputes over the design patent of Mercedes-Benz headlights and damage claims related to false financial statements by publicly listed companies. During his tenure as Division-Chief Judge, he was primarily responsible for the establishment and operation of the Labor Dispute Mediation Team at the Shilin District Court and the Special Mediation Team at the Neihu Summary Court. He has also been frequently invited to serve as a panelist and speaker at professional seminars on intellectual property, crypto assets, labor law, and internet governance.​
