Cheli has over 25 years’ experience in providing international tax services and other tax advisory services. She has extensive experiences in providing tax advisory services to multinational financial service companies, helping foreign investors invest into Taiwan and advising on tax restructuring projects as well as M&A transactions and IPO projects . 

Cheli has been selected in many years including 2024 as International Tax Review’s Woman Tax Leader & Highly Regarded Practitioner.
