Mr. Charles Yang is currently an audit partner of Deloitte & Touches’ Taiwan practice. He joined Deloitte & Touche since 1997 and has abundant experiences in auditing, IPO advisory, M&A transaction service, valuation, design and audit of internal control system.

Mr. Yang served clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, biotechnology, hi-tech, banking, insurance company and entertainment industry. Charles has remarkable experience in the service of M & A, such as buyer-side adviser for acquiring Biotech Inc., Chinfon bank, AIG Taiwan and seller-side adviser for selling Ace cinemas. Charles also has numerous audit experiences in initial public offering in Taiwan.
