Arthur is an International Tax Partner based in Taipei office. He has more than 23 years of experience in tax consulting. Arthur has wide-range expertise on international tax, providing all aspects of tax consultation services that include structure planning for cross-border investments and M&As, tax due diligence, corporate tax and transfer pricing compliance, consultation, and applications for preferential tax treatments.

Arthur not only has worked in Taiwan but also has worked internationally. Before joining Deloitte Taiwan in 2003, he worked as an auditor at the member firm of Deloitte South Africa in Johannesburg from 1999 to 2001. He also served as head of the Hong Kong-based AP ICE’s Taiwan Desk from 2010 to 2012, and stationed in Shanghai from 2013 to 2014. Starting from 2026, he leads transfer pricing service line of Deloitte Taiwan.
