Andrew C. Hsu is serving in the international tax, M&A, and transfer pricing team in Taiwan. He has broad experience in international tax arrangement for inbound and outbound investments, as well as cross-border merger and acquisitions that involve the restructuring of clients’ offshore investments, and transfer pricing advisory for operation flows.
He also participated in several TP special audits by tax authorities and Advanced Pricing Agreement (“APA”) application for several multinational enterprises.
Andrew C. Hsu also served as a member of Chinese Services Group (“CSG”) to provide advisory for the Taiwanese clients’ outbound investment toward Europe, United States, Southeast East Asia market.
