Amber Li is a Partner in the Tax Practice of Deloitte Taiwan, specializing in international tax advisory and cross-border structuring. She has extensive experience in M&A tax, global minimum tax (Pillar Two), FATCA/CRS/QI implementation, and US GAAP/IFRS tax matters. She advises multinational and Taiwanese clients on tax risk management, investment structuring, and regulatory compliance.
Amber will lead the Taiwan CSG team in delivering both inbound and outbound cross-border services, and looks forward to collaborating closely with the global CSG network.
