The Deloitte Taiwan Transparency Report contains disclosures of our legal structure, governance, the system of quality management, ethics and independence principles, and audit quality indicators in our Audit & Assurance business.

 

In alignment with our professional standards and commitment to social responsibility, Deloitte Taiwan prepares and publishes transparency reports in accordance with the “Transparency Report Preparation Principles for CPA Firms” issued by the Financial Supervisory Commission. The 2025 report covers the period from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025, and provides detailed disclosures on operational management, governance structure, internal control compliance, audit quality indicators, and financial and business performance—demonstrating our dedication to professional excellence and achievements.
