Özlem Ulaş is the Chief Growth Officer of Deloitte Türkiye and a Partner in Strategy, Risk & Transactions.
Özlem has 25 years of professional experience across Corporate Finance Advisory and Risk, Regulatory & Forensics. She advises local and international clients on complex transactions and strategic matters, with experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, forensic investigations, financial crime, compliance and dispute-related services. She began her professional career in 2001 and joined Deloitte in 2007.
Özlem holds an Executive MBA from Boğaziçi University and a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. She is a qualified accountant in Türkiye and holds an advanced-level Capital Markets Activities Licence issued by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye.
