Kabaçalı is graduated from Marmara University English Business Administration department, and started her Professional career in Deloitte Turkey, 1998. Between 2002-2004 Işıl Bilgin Kabaçalı worked in the America’s North state of Carolina’s Deloitte Charlotte Office, and she works since 2011 in Deloitte’s Turkey Office as an Audit Services Director.
