She has worked on structuring internal audit functions and conducting internal audit activities, improving internal control systems, SOX audits, process documentation, corporate governance, corporate risk management, banking processes audit in banks in many international and local organizations operating in different industries such as finance, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals and service sector. She has also specialized in services for the institutionalization of family businesses and medium and small sized companies.
Ece Koycu Bolat graduated from Anadolu University, Departments of Business Administration and Communication in English. She holds a CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certificate and is also the Private Leader of Deloitte Türkiye.
