Samuel is bilingual Transfer Pricing Partner with experience in planning, documentation, risk assessments, advance pricing arrangements; transfer pricing governance, systems, controls, and reporting; and M&A and restructuring. He has spent much of his career servicing banking and securities firms; financial information and system providers; asset managers; insurers, and corporate treasury operations.

Greg is a Partner in the Financial Services Transfer Pricing team and has 17 years of experience in the Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax sectors. He advises clients on appropriate transfer pricing policies, supporting documentation, and dealing with tax authority challenge. His specific industry focus is investment management including private equity and real estate. Greg is a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and has a degree in Economics from the University of Warwick, UK.

Jon is a Principal in Deloitte’s New York transfer pricing practice. He is the Americas Investment Management transfer pricing industry leader and has experience working with a wide array of clients on engagements spanning planning, documentation, controversy and APAs, with a particular focus on financial transactions and valuations.
