Malaysia Board-Ready Women (BRW) Program
The BRW aims to prepare and position aspiring women for board placements. Prominent board members and knowledge partners will share the latest trends, explore case studies, and impart valuable insights to inspire them in their journey.
Introduction
Women now hold 32% of Board positions among Malaysia’s top 100 public listed companies – a powerful sign of progress, but the journey to gender parity in the boardroom is not over. To empower the next generation of women leaders for the board, Deloitte, together with BoardRoom, Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM), and the 30% Club Malaysia, introduced the Board-Ready Women Program (BRW) in 2023.

When will the sessions be held?
The 2025 program will be conducted in-person, four half-day session, from July to November 2025.
