The Leadership Imperative: Bridging Vision and Action

Join us as we explore how organisations and leaders can lead with purpose in today’s rapidly evolving and increasingly globalised world.

The annual SheXO Forum, now in its 5th edition presented by the Deloitte SheXO Program, is centred around the theme of “The Leadership Imperative: Bridging Vision and Action”.

Leadership is the cornerstone of any successful organisation, shaping its culture and performance and plays an instrumental role in enhancing employee engagement and innovation. However, at a time of economic uncertainty as well as cultural and political change, organisations have been prompted to reassess and balance their organisation’s priorities.

Join us as we explore how organisations and leaders can lead with purpose in today’s rapidly evolving and increasingly globalised world.
