Deloitte Audit Business Challenge 2026

The Deloitte Audit Business Challenge (DABC) is a unique platform designed to test your knowledge in the accounting and auditing world! It provides an amazing learning opportunity from leading industry experts.

Experience what it takes to be the guardian of investors’ confidence and financial stability of the world! Put your theoretical knowledge to practice, from making judgements on real audit challenges to presenting your results.

From beginning to end, DABC 2026 promises an exciting journey! Apart from gaining first-hand experience and the opportunity to network with Deloitte experts, you also stand a chance to win awesome prizes, including job offers and cash rewards!

Form a team of three and sign up now! Don’t have a team? Worry not. Individual participants will be assisted in forming a team of three.

All accounting and/or finance related undergraduates currently studying at private and public universities/colleges in Malaysia, are eligible. Registration closes on 21 October 2026. 

Stage 1 | 22 to 23 October 2026

Stage 2 | 24 October 2026

• In Stage 2, the deliverable is a video submission of no longer than three (3) minutes.
• The topic will be announced concurrently with the semi-finalist results on Friday, 23 October 2026.
• Challengers are required to upload a video clip on YouTube, by 5.00 p.m. on Saturday, 24 October 2026. The visibility of the video presentation must be set to private and shared with the evaluators via an e-form. The e-form will be sent via a separate email together with the announcement of the semi-finalists. Late entries will not be entertained.
• Marks will be awarded based on content, depth of issues, research analysis adopted, critical thinking, creativity, and overall presentation.
• Please note that videos will not be judged based on editing skills. However, please ensure that the video’s visuals and audio are clear.
• Challengers have full creative control over their video presentation.

Final stage: Game Station | 7 November 2026

• A workshop will be conducted on Friday, 6 November 2026 for all finalists before the final challenge. The details of the workshop will be communicated to finalists via email.
• The final stage will be held on Saturday, 7 November 2026 at a dedicated venue which will be communicated to finalists via email.

• There will be simulated audit scenarios represented by a few game stations, and finalists will have to complete each individual game station according to the instructions given.

Final stage: Presentation & prize-giving ceremony | 13 November 2026

• After completing the game stations, finalists will be required to prepare a 20-minute presentation to a panel of esteemed judges.
• Marks will be accumulated from both the game stations and the presentation.
• All finalists will be invited to attend the Prize Giving Ceremony.
• Results will be announced at the prize-giving ceremony and published on DABC’s Instagram page and website.
