Derek Maak
He has managed implementations of a variety of SAP solutions including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, SAP IBP and SAP CPQ. His focus areas are customer engagement, billing solutions and supply chain management for high tech, software, and semiconductor companies. Derek has been leading Deloitte’s SAP BRIM initiative globally since 2006, where he has led or advised 40 successful SAP BRIM implementations across a variety of industries with both B2B and B2C focus. In doing so he has gained vast expertise in assisting clients in their migration to As-a-Service business models (Usage and/ or subscription based). Derek has been awarded SAP's 2020 Innovation Award for his S4 HANA, hybris Commerce and SAP BRIM work with magic leap. In March of 2023 Derek was named the global Domain Lead for SAP BRIM for SAP Insider.
Chai Desai
Chai is a technology leader in Deloitte’s SAP practice at the forefront of developing SAP-enabled business transformation solutions for more than 16 years. He has successfully deployed various end-to-end transformations on SAP for Fortune 100 clients across industries such as technology, media, telecom, consumer products, and aerospace and defense. Additionally, Chai has co-authored two SAP Press books on BRIM and Supply Chain in S/4HANA.
