Rudy is a Managing Director with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leader of the Oracle Retail Practice. With over 25 years of experience, in both industry and consulting, Rudy has honed a distinctive expertise in Oracle solutions for the Retail industry. His experience across all facets of implementation including strategy, business process, architecture, program management, change management and technical leadership helps to ensure transformation success for retailers. Throughout his career, Rudy has driven successful enterprise initiatives leveraging Oracle solutions to optimize operations, improve inventory visibility, simplify application landscapes, and enhance profitability for retail enterprises both large and small. He combines his passion for delivering real business value with his IT expertise to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to propel retail businesses forward. A respected figure in the Oracle community, Rudy is a thought leader who shares strategic insights through articles, presentations, and industry events, contributing to the advancement and knowledge-sharing within the retail community at large.
Chris Hahn
Chris is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leader of the Oracle Retail Finance Transformation practice, with over 24 years of consulting experience at the intersection of Finance and Technology. He works with leaders in organizations, including CFOs, CIOs, and other senior executives, to drive business-led technology-enabled transformation to improve processes and value within the enterprise. Chris closely collaborates with leaders across retail operational capabilities and enabling technology, including Oracle’s RGIU (Retail Global Industry Unit) products, bringing holistic optimization that expands beyond the immediate finance transformation. Throughout his career Chris has led numerous Finance Transformation projects in multiple industries, spending many years in the complex landscape of healthcare organizations and more recently in consumer product and retail organizations. Those engagements helped clients evolve to a next-generation integrated finance platform and take advantage of evolving automation capabilities, unlocking the ability to move to more strategic value-add activities instead of data compilation and other manual finance activities.
