During the 13-month PCAOB 2023 inspection period ended 30 September 2023, our SQC identified 107 instances
across 53 issuers of noncompliance with SEC or PCAOB independence rules. The most common instances of noncompliance were
related to financial relationships and employment relationships of approximately 145,000 professionals monitored. These instances of
noncompliance were promptly reported to company management and those charged with governance and hadn't got an impact on
our objectivity or impartiality, nor our ability to continue as the auditor of record.
