SINGAPORE, 29 August 2026 – In July 2025, the Singapore Police Force appointed Deloitte Singapore (“Deloitte”) to manage and realise the non-cash assets forfeited in connection to the S$3 billion money laundering case.

Public auctions of these non-cash assets, comprising more than 80 real estate properties and over 1,000 luxury items such as jewellery, watches and handbags, will commence from 7 September 2026. The assets will be progressively put up for sale in phases between September 2026 and mid-2027 and will be open to the public for bidding. The composition and number of assets included in each phase are still being finalised and may be subject to changes as ongoing authentication and preparatory processes are completed.

Auctions of real estate properties will be conducted by SRI Pte Ltd, Edmund Tie & Company (SEA) Pte Ltd and Knight Frank Pte Ltd. The auction of luxury goods will be conducted by Hotlotz Pte Ltd. Outside of the auction process, certain selected properties will be offered for sale by List International Realty Pte Ltd via an expression of interest process.

Members of the public are advised to participate only through auctions or sales processes conducted by, or officially linked to, these appointed agencies.
