Deloitte Philippines welcomes Chito Ramos as its new Country Leader

MANILA, 07 October 2025—Deloitte Philippines recently introduced Ramon Chito Ramos as its new Country Leader, succeeding Eric Landicho. Chito’s appointment to this role is set to bring a transformative and innovative approach to steer the firm into its next era of growth and continued impact.

Chito was previously the Philippine practice’s Technology & Transformation Leader, managing large-scale technology projects across industries to position Deloitte as a trusted advisor in digital strategy, enterprise modernization, and AI integration.

Deloitte Philippines is part of the Deloitte network and at present comprises over 1,000 professionals, including close to 30 partners.

In alignment with Chito’s vision for the future, Deloitte Philippines is pivoting beyond audit and tax services and is moving towards a broader advisory portfolio that addresses the evolving needs of clients. It will also leverage the Advice, Implement, and Operate (A-I-O) framework and extensive capabilities in new technologies, including ERP systems, data analytics, and artificial intelligence, to deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions across sectors. This move will continue Deloitte Philippines’ expansion of capabilities across its audit, legal, tax, consulting, and risk advisory practices that were established under Eric’s leadership.

Eric served as Deloitte Philippines’ Country Leader for eight years and has been with Deloitte for more than 20 years. During his tenure, the firm experienced significant growth, deepened its industry specialization, and built a strong reputation for delivering high-impact solutions to its clients. He remains in Deloitte Philippines with a focus on continuing to build and strengthen relationships with its clients in the Philippines and mentoring the next generation of Deloitte Philippines leaders.
