Subho is the Tax & Legal Leader in Deloitte Thailand. Prior to his current role, Subho was the Transfer Pricing Leader in Deloitte Malaysia and continues to serve prominent GLCs, PLCs and private conglomerates in Malaysia, particularly in Consumer Business and Industrial Products.
Over the last 20 years, Subho has led engagements for several large foreign and home-grown MNEs in Southeast Asia, from varied industries: electronics and electrical, pharmaceuticals, real estate & construction, consumer and industrial products, financial services, telecommunications, oil & gas, primary and secondary metal manufacturing, agri-business, and aerospace and defence, among others. His assignments have involved global documentation, pricing policy design and implementation, supply chain restructuring, M&A due diligence, dispute resolution, APA and CbCR.
Subho leads ESG TP offerings for Deloitte Asia Pacific, and co-leads TP Controversy for Deloitte Southeast Asia. He is also a participant in Deloitte’s global tax policy, transfer pricing controversy, and intellectual property forums.
Subho has been a moderator and panelist on transfer pricing seminars organised by business associations and professional bodies. He has also facilitated several workshops for the Malaysia tax office and is a member of the Technical Committee on Transfer Pricing of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.
Subho has been recognised as a leading transfer pricing advisor in the Guide to the World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors. He has been also recognised as a Highly Regarded Practitioner in World TP produced by ITR World Tax in association with the International Tax Review.
Subho holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce degrees from University of Calcutta (India).
