Her expertise Includes strategy and management consulting, business & concept-of-operations architecture, business process reengineering, transformation blueprinting, and implementation of the technology & digital roadmap. As a Professional Scrum Master, she advocates the use of Agile delivery methods to get with speed-and-certainty to outcomes while ensuring that citizenry and enterprise value are achieved.
As an avid champion of innovation and ecosystem partnership, she contributes back to the business community as a regular senior executive panel moderator to the National University of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy on the web forum series ‘Refocus Value for the New Economy’.
