Andrew is the Deloitte Global Human Resources Transformation leader and a partner at Deloitte Australia, with more than 20 years of consulting experience across Asia, North America, and Europe. As a consulting partner at Deloitte Australia, he advises global organizations on the issues of HR strategy, HR service delivery, business case preparation, shared services, Human Capital Management and digital technologies, employee experience and application maintenance solutions. In this capacity, he assists clients to imagine, shape, and realize the true value of their talent capabilities, both now and into the future - wherever they operate. Andrew is currently leading several initiatives planning cloud-based HR services and productivity improvements at Deloitte Australia. As Deloitte Global Human Resources Transformation leader, Andrew oversees award-winning, strategic relationships with a number of the world’s largest cloud-based HR solution providers.
