Our three strategic priorities are: cultivating a diverse workforce and inclusive culture, achieving gender balance, and promoting mental well-being for all. We believe an inclusive, healthy and engaged workforce drives innovation, enhances collaboration and creates lasting impact – for our people and the communities we serve.

In FY25, we renewed our focus by aligning these efforts with the evolving needs of our business. This included adapting and expanding our initiatives to meet new challenges and opportunities.

As we move forward, we remain dedicated to deepening these efforts and exploring new approaches to ensure all our people can grow and succeed.
