Ghamazy is a Partner in Deloitte Southeast Asia with more than 19 years of professional experience mainly in Singapore.
He started his career in assurance, before moving to the IFRS desk in Singapore 10 years ago and subsequently to accounting advisory where he leads the provision of accounting advice to companies on complex transactions including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and the implementation of new IFRSs.
His current role is focused on helping companies implement IFRS 15 and 16, as well as leading IFRS conversion projects throughout Southeast Asia with cross-functional teams comprising of accounting and systems implementation professionals.
His clients are mainly public listed companies and multinational companies in the Telecommunications, Transportation and Healthcare sectors.
