Private Equity M&A Academy 2025

Deloitte Legal Sweden recently hosted the Private Equity M&A Academy 2025 together with the Deloitte Private Equity team, an event designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of professionals in the Private Equity and M&A sectors. The academy took place at the Nobis Hotel in Stockholm on 1 April 2025 and 24 April 2025.

The program targeted professionals with 1-3 years of experience and provided attendees with invaluable insights into key deal mechanics. Participants benefited from sessions led by Deloitte's leading M&A specialists, covering essential topics such as setting an M&A strategy, purchase price mechanics, contract drafting, tax structuring, and value creation. The academy concluded with a dinner, offering a unique opportunity for attendees to network and engage in discussions with peers and our M&A specialists.
