Deloitte Speak Up

Deloitte Speak Up is a whistleblower system for reporting misconduct or irregularities related to Deloitte's operations.

 

Before using the Deloitte Speak Up whistleblower system, we encourage you to consider contacting Deloitte directly, either through your regular contact person or another representative. If the issue cannot be addressed this way, or if you feel uncomfortable discussing the situation with the relevant individuals, you may use our reporting channel, Deloitte Speak Up.

 

Reports can be submitted 24/7 via the web or by phone to Deloitte Sweden’s Ethics Officer Helena Sonnert Decarli, +46 768 27 12 94. It is possible to report in Swedish. Through Deloitte Speak Up on the web, you may choose to remain anonymous. Deloitte Speak Up is managed by NAVEX Global, an independent third party.

 

When you click “Send” on your report, it is will be registered and then forwarded to Deloitte’s Ethics team, which assesses and handles manages your case for further investigation. 

 

Your report on a specific matter can be of great importance to our organization, and we would like to be able to engage in a dialogue with you. Through Deloitte Speak Up, you have the opportunity to follow up and communicate with us regarding the case you have reported.

 

If you are unsure whether your observation should be reported, we encourage you to report it. Reports of a private or inappropriate nature will not be processed.

 

Deloitte AB, 113 79 Stockholm is responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with your report within Deloitte Speak Up. The processing is carried out for the purpose of administering and following up on reports submitted through Deloitte Speak Up.

 

Under the GDPR, you have several rights, among which is the right to access your personal data, the right to receive information about our processing of your personal data or the right to delete or correct your personal data.
