Over the past two decades, Deloitte has consistently demonstrated its commitment to society. We go beyond just participating in Impact Day, moreover, we have embarked on the Impact Every Day initiative where we put our focus on matters of public interest and human rights. Through this program, we offer pro bono assistance to NGOs, engaging in a wide array of projects that span from very simple tasks to providing more essential guidance. 

Pro bono work empowers our in-house teams to make meaningful contributions to our communities on daily basis, and our dedication is reflected in the thousands of work hours invested in supporting and collaborating with various NGOs, addressing some of today's most pressing challenges. Therefore, we wholeheartedly encourage inquiries from anyone seeking pro bono support so, if you believe we can assist your cause, please don't hesitate to reach out.

The process overview:

• The NGO contacts IED via email to request a case which begins by filling out the email application with a brief, clear description of the case where the assistance is needed. Applications are processed continuously and reviewed according to our criteria guidelines. If additional information is required, the NGO will be contacted by one of our team members.
• After reviewing the application and making sure that the project is within our scope, the case request is managed by one of our impactors who will be responsible for contacting the NGO and concluding the need stated in the case submission.• Once a formal decision is made, we draft an agreement and do all paperwork between both parties. The project may then kick off!
• When the case is confirmed and the project initiated, one or more impactors with the relevant skills will start working on the it.• Finally, when the project is completed, the case will be delivered.
