Lina has several years of experience in the tax field and focuses primarily on tax advice for entrepreneurs, closely held companies, family offices and high net individuals. Lina works with both individual/owner taxation as well as corporate tax issues – both from a national and international tax perspective. Common questions are questions about ownership structure, restructuring, taxation in the event of exit/purchase/buyout, questions about the intake of new capital and investments, foreign structures, pensions, foundations, moving abroad, etc.
