Emil Frennberg

Emil is a Director and a member of the Indirect Tax Services team in Stockholm working with large and mid-cap companies, both Swedish and international. He has over twenty years’ experience working with VAT and other indirect taxes. He has substantial experience working with complex VAT matters with focus on real estate and litigations. Emil has served major as well as smaller corporations regarding litigations, real estate related questions, VAT audits, due diligence, structuring, cross-border transactions, VAT compliance etc.
