Christina Bergman

Christina is a Partner within Enterprise Technology & Performance at Deloitte Sweden, and the competency leader of Strategy & Operations. She has about 20 years’ experience working with transformation projects, primarily related to Finance covering areas such as performance management, process improvements, service delivery model and organizational design, talent & people development, outsourcing advisory and establishment of Shared Service Center and Global Business Services. Christina has managed projects in different industries, e.g. Consumer Business, Public Sector, Telecom, Energy & Resources and Financial Sector.
