Aakriti Srivastav

Aakriti is a Manager and a member of the Transfer Pricing team, working with large and mid-cap companies, both domestic and international. Aakriti has experience in dealing with tax restructurings, preparation or review of transfer pricing documentations for different types of transactions (services, goods, royalties, etc.), establishing and implementing transfer pricing policy for multinational groups, allocation of profit for PEs located in different tax judications, support of MNEs in the APA process, drafting and reviewing inter-company agreements. She has previously worked in the Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg and Ireland.
