Financial year 1 June 2024 – 31 May 2025

This report has been prepared and published in accordance with Directive (EU) 2021/2101, which requires large multinational groups to disclose income tax information on a country-by-country basis.

The ultimate parent of the group is Deloitte NSE LLP, incorporated in the United Kingdom. The report is prepared by Deloitte NSE LLP and published on behalf of the group by Deloitte AB, Kungstensgatan 18, 113 57 Stockholm, and covers the financial year running from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025. The report covers the group's activities within the EU/EEA and in jurisdictions on the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions where the group operates.

The reporting currency is GBP. The report is structured into five sections:

  1. General Information – Key details about the group's ultimate parent, financial year, reporting currency and publishing entity.
  2. Overview of Information on a Country-by-Country Basis – Financial data including revenues, profit before income tax, income tax paid (on a cash basis), income tax accrued for the current year, accumulated earnings, and number of employees, broken down by tax jurisdiction across Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Ireland, Jordan, Liechtenstein, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and the rest of the world.
  3. List of Subsidiaries and Activities – A listing of the group's subsidiary undertakings per jurisdiction, along with a brief description of the nature of activities carried out in each country.
  4. Omitted Information – No information has been omitted for this financial year, and no previously omitted information is being disclosed.
  5. Explanations for Material Discrepancies Between Income Tax Paid and Accrued – Several firms in the network operate through partnerships, in legal form (e.g. as an LLP) or contractually. In such cases, the partners are personally liable for income tax on the partnership profits. These taxes are therefore not included in the report's figures, which cover only corporate taxes paid on the profits of the group's corporate entities.
