How does the program work?

Phase I: Online application

In this first phase, we check the eligibility of candidates using an online form. Phase I deadline is August 30, 2024.

Stage II: Participation in a guided workshop and preparation of the final application file

Eligible companies are invited to prepare a detailed application, supporting why the company qualifies for receiving the “Best Managed” certification. During workshops guided by experts from Deloitte and partner organizations, the management teams will describe the strategy and operations of their business around four pillars that set the basis for the program: strategy, culture and engagement, innovation and resources, governance and financials. This process is a complex exercise of analysis and self-analysis, which enables the identification of business strengths, as well as areas of improvement.

The detailed applications filled by the participants in Phase II are analyzed by an independent jury, which will decide on the companies to be awarded the “Best Managed” certification.
