23 Romanian entrepreneurial companies, with a combined turnover of EUR 2.8 billion and over 9,000 employees, received the Deloitte "Best Managed Companies" certification for managerial performance

• Companies that received the certification at the fourth edition of the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Romania are: Adrem, ATP Motors RO, Concelex, Concrete & Design Solutions, Express Euroscan, Leviatan Group, LG Trans, Maracana, Niran Co. Products, Oberhauser Invest, Team Montage.
• Companies that re-enrolled in the program and received the certification for the second consecutive year are: Agexim Transport & Logistics, Christian'76 Tour, IRUM, Temad Co. Companies that were certified for the third time are: Arobs Transilvania Software, Bog'Art, Cemacon, OSCAR Downstream, RTC Proffice Experience, Safeway International Impex, Simtel Team. 
• Celco is the company that has obtained the "Best Managed Companies" certification for the fourth consecutive year and has entered the new Gold category.

23 Romanian entrepreneurial companies, with a combined turnover of almost EUR 2.8 billion in 2024 and a total of 9,075 employees, received the Deloitte "Best Managed Companies" certification for managerial performance analyzed against international best practices, at the end of the fourth edition of the Best Managed Companies Romania program, organized by Deloitte in partnership with Banca Transilvania (BT), Salesforce and the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE).

Over 100 companies participated in this edition of the program, of which 30 reached the main stage, that of the workshops and recertification interviews conducted by Deloitte Romania together with the program partners, a stage that allowed them to analyze their performance according to the Deloitte international methodology based on four pillars - strategy, resources and innovation, culture and engagement, governance and financial aspects.

The companies that received the "Best Managed Companies" certification for the first time in the fourth edition are: Adrem (active in services and solutions for the energy field, established in 1992, with 1,400 employees and a turnover of EUR 65 million in 2024), ATP Motors RO (active in motor vehicles maintenance and repairing, passenger cars and light vehicles trade, established in 2007, with 156 employees and a turnover of EUR 38.6 million in 2024), Concelex (active in construction, established in 1994, with 910 employees and a turnover of EUR 253 million in 2024), Concrete & Design Solutions (engineering and technical consultancy activities related to them, established in 2013, with 117 employees and a turnover of EUR 27.5 million in 2024), Express Euroscan (domestic and international freight transport, established in 2006, with 356 employees and turnover of EUR 32 million in 2024), Leviatan Group (active in Design & Construction, established in 2012, with 238 employees and a turnover of EUR 108.6 million in 2024), LG Trans (road freight transport, established in 2002, with 182 employees), Maracana (road freight transport and logistics, established in 1991, with 625 employees and a turnover of EUR 32 million in 2024), Niran Co. Products (distribution of cosmetic products, established in 1994, with 140 employees and a turnover of EUR 34.3 million in 2024), Oberhauser Invest (general contractor, established in 2013, with 7 employees and a turnover of EUR 32.6 million in 2024), Team Montage (manufacture of metal constructions, established in 2009, with 231 employees and a turnover of EUR 25 million).

In the recertified category, four companies obtained the certification for the second consecutive year: Agexim Transport & Logistics (active in commercial transport, established in 2021, with 589 employees and a turnover of EUR 42 million in 2024), Christian'76 Tour (active in tourism, established in 1997, with 205 employees and a turnover of EUR 121 million in 2024), IRUM (producer of machinery and equipment for agriculture and forestry, established in 1953, with 397 employees and a turnover of EUR 22.5 million in 2024), and Temad Co (active in commerce, established in 1994, with 250 employees and a turnover of EUR 51.1 million in 2024).

The Deloitte "Best Managed Companies" certification was obtained for the third consecutive year by seven companies: Arobs Transilvania Software (software manufacturer, established in 1998, with 1,187 employees and a turnover of EUR 83.3 million in 2024), Bog'Art (active in construction, established in 1991, with 447 employees and a turnover of EUR 181.7 million in 2024), Cemacon (producer of construction materials, established in 1969, with 400 employees and a turnover of EUR 40 million euros in 2024), OSCAR Downstream (active in the oil and gas sector, established in 2001, with 485 employees and a turnover of EUR 1.41 billion in 2024), RTC Proffice Experience (active in distribution of office items and equipment, established in 1994, with 189 employees and turnover of EUR 43 million in 2024), Safeway International Impex (active in the field of trade in food and non-food products, established in 1994, with 170 employees and turnover of EUR 37.3 million  in 2024), Simtel Team (active in the field of telecommunications, established in 2010, with 134 employees and turnover of EUR 55.1 million in 2024).

A special recognition, offered within the new Gold category, went to the company that participated and received the "Best Managed" certification for the fourth consecutive year, namely Celco (producer of construction materials, founded in 1973, with 260 employees and a turnover of EUR 45.8 million in 2024).

The initial selection of participants in the fourth edition of the Best Managed Companies Romania program was made based on the registration forms, taking into account the eligibility criteria, including a turnover of at least EUR 25 million in 2024. In total, 140 representatives of the management teams of the 30 companies admitted to the main stage spent 420 hours of workshops and interviews with 52 facilitators from Deloitte Romania, Banca Transilvania and Salesforce. At the end of this stage, the independent jury of the program, which included Cristian Popa, Member of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Romania, Cristian Nacu, Senior Country Officer of the International Finance Corporation, and Prof. Dorel Paraschiv, PhD, Vice-Rector of the Academy of Economic Studies, analyzed the conclusions of the workshops and interviews and decided which are the companies whose management practices are best aligned with the international Best Managed Companies standard.
